Artistic Director Shadowing Programme

In 2025, Positioning Ballet introduced an exclusive Shadowing Programme  open to aspiring leaders who have attended a Positioning Ballet Forum. This initiative pairs future leaders in ballet and dance with an experienced Artistic Director, providing a unique opportunity to gain insights and learn from their expertise. Participants can immerse themselves in the daily operations of a professional ballet company, enhancing leadership skills,  gaining a better understanding of the multi-layered nature of Artistic Direction today and nurturing artistic vision to bridge the gap between aspiriation and the seasoned professionals of the ballet and dance world.
