In partnership with Finnish National Ballet and the Helsinki International Ballet Competition Association, the next Positioning Ballet conference will be for the artistic leaders of ballet companies, schools and junior companies and will take place in Helsinki, Finland from 5 -7 June 2026. This unique gathering of leaders of the world’s professional ballet companies and the training institutions that are producing tomorrow’s dance talent comes at a pivotal time in the discussion on the transition from student to professional dancer.

The aim of the Positioning Ballet Helsinki Conference is to support the continued professional development of artistic leaders to ensure best practice and nurture better and stronger relationships between training institutions and companies.
