The next Positioning Ballet Conference will take place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands from 2-4 April 2027 hosted by Dutch National Ballet and in collaboration with the Dance Europe Network (DEN). This conference is open to the artistic and the administrative leaders of professional ballet/dance companies from around the globe.

Positioning Ballet Foundation is a global network providing a range of initiatives for Artistic Directors of ballet/dance companies, including forums for future leaders and an international shadowing programme. Positioning Ballet conferences are a follow on from DanceEast’s Rural Retreats first launched 23 years ago with the aim of supporting the artistic leadership of ballet/dance organisations through professional development, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem solving.
